North Central Theological Seminary was chartered,
and began offering online classes in 2011, and graduated our first student in
August, 2013.
Today
North Central has over 2,000 students in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom,
Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.
About half are undergraduates, pursuing a Bachelor of Theology degree,
and the other half are in graduate studies for a Master’s or Doctor’s
degree.
Because North Central
Theological Seminary offers its entire curriculum on-line, with no residency
requirements, students around the world can complete their studies with North
Central without needing to leave home. We
operate a physical campus in suburban Minneapolis, Minnesota. North Central Theological Seminary gives a
great deal of flexibility in the schedule of course assignments and completion
of courses. North Central does not place
deadlines on students’ course work. In
addition, prospective students may enroll at any time, and begin their studies
at any time.
North
Central Theological Seminary believes the Bible to be the inspired, the only
infallible, authoritative Word of God. The faculty and staff of North Central
Theological Seminary believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three
persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. North Central Seminary believes in the
deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in
His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His
bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in
His personal return in power and glory. North
Central Theological Seminary believes that for the salvation of lost and sinful
people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. We believe in
the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is
enabled to live a godly life. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved
and the lost; they who are saved unto the resurrection of life and they who are
lost unto the resurrection of damnation. North Central Seminary believes in the
spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
